Elevate is an AI-assisted tool that rewrites and translates workplace communication into professional language. Output is generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate, culturally appropriate, or suitable for every context.
Elevate is not a certified or licensed translation service. It should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical communications.
AI-generated content can contain errors, mistranslations, or unintended meanings. Elevate makes no warranty — express or implied — that any output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use.
Access to Elevate requires a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information. We use your email solely to provide access to the service. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
Free users receive 10 translations per day. Paid subscribers receive unlimited access at the current subscription rate. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of a charge.
You agree not to use Elevate to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, harassing, or illegal. You agree not to attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service. Abuse of the free tier through repeated account creation to circumvent limits is prohibited.
Elevate and its name, branding, and underlying technology are the property of the service owner and are protected by applicable trademark and intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any content you input. Output generated by Elevate may be used freely by you for personal and professional purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to miscommunication, translation errors, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Your total liability claim against Elevate shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We collect your email address and usage data (translation count) to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Elevate after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
